Paul Gauguin offers yoga and wellness cruise

Paul Gauguin Cruises will host a complimentary yoga and wellness program during the April 13 Cook Islands and Society Islands itinerary.

From morning sun salutations on deck and beach yoga on the line’s private motu to workshops on overall wellness, movement and posture, the program is enhanced by the region’s naturally rejuvenating tonic of sun, sea and sand. 

Hosts Sarah Rothman and Tammy Gibson

The 11-night cruise will be hosted by holistic wellness experts Sarah Rothman, a naturopath, and Tammy Gibson, a yoga instructor.

Activities on board and ashore

Throughout the voyage, passengers may experience early morning yoga and Pilates classes aboard ship, and a beach yoga session on Motu Mahana/Taha’a (private islet), posture workshop on spinal movement and lectures on topics such as aging well.

The Cook Islands and Society Islands cruise travels round-trip from Papeete, Tahiti and visits Huahine, Bora Bora (overnight), Motu Mahana (private island)/Taha’a and Moorea (overnight) in the Society Islands and Aitutaki and Rarotonga, Cook Islands. 

All-inclusive fares for the April 13 voyage start at $6,600.
